samia@centerstonesearch.com Samia Kornweibel draws upon nearly five years of recruiting experience to ensure that the executive recruiting process at CenterStone Executive Search, Inc. is client- and candidate-centric. She has added her comprehensive approach to projects with Jamba Juice, ULTA, BabyCenter, Denny’s, Borders, Cranium and many more.

Prior to joining CenterStone Executive Search, Inc., Samia worked for three years with Manpower, Inc., serving the diverse staffing needs of her clients, including Starbucks, Meier and Frank, Voicestream/T-Mobile and Talbot’s. She became interested in the consumer field after working in the restaurant and event-planning industries.

Samia graduated with honors from the University of Montana. She spent two years studying abroad, developing her German fluency at the International Academy of Philosophy in Liechtenstein and the University of Salzburg in Austria. She is an active volunteer and speaker with Washington DECA, an association of marketing students.

Attending to the finer details

In addition to contributing to recruitment and business development, Samia oversees the life of the candidate recruiting experience. She pays close attention to the finer details to ensure that interviews and follow-ups are managed meticulously, for both the client organization and the candidate.
